Have you heard of wefix? They are an online booking platform that render services like repairs. You could repair anything. Just go to www.wefix.com.ng, and click on the type of repairs or services you want to be rendered. Some of what they repair is in the picture below

92.3: wefix, what exactly do you fix?

Wefix: wefix is an online booking platform for service providers. It gives his client the easy access to book for services ranging from repairs, installations, professional service providers with port harcourt and currently we re using this opportunity to launch in ph.

92.3: How exactly does it work? 

Wefix: it works in a very simple way..all you need to do is to go online (www.wefix.com.ng). When the domain opens, you will select  from the best service(s) listed there, depending on your choice. You click the service and it takes you to the booking form directly. You fill in the booking form and that's all. We have two ways of booking: you can either send what you want to repair through our whatsapp contact or you call the number that will be provided to you.

92.3: when you say repair, do you mean any kind of repair at all?

Wefix: any kind of repair

92.3 : give us examples
Wefix :electronics, electrical, mechanical, household appliances and several other repairs

92.3: ok..let's imagine I need to get a DVD fixed, what do I need to do?

Wefix: Just go online, www.wefix.com.ng. Click household electronics. You will  see a dvd and different types of household electronics. You click the dvd and fill in the booking form and  that's it... Then we get to you through the address provided in the form.

92.3 : Are you going to fix it up there or you pick it up and go repair?

Wefix: It depends on the nature of the problem. We can fix it there or we could pick it up and bring it back within 24hours.

92.3: Fantastic. Where is your starting point? Where are you based?

Wefix : Port harcourt is our start up base for now. We plan moving to other cities with time but presently, we want to gain grounds here in ph before we move to other cities.

92.3: You have people standing by who can fix all this things?

Wefix: Yes of course, we do.. You make your booking, you get your confirmation via email/sms immediately and then you will be contacted to confirm the booking made. Then a "WEFIXER" will contact you and be at your place immediately.

92.3: This isn't for people who don't have access to Internet, cos you can only do this with the Internet.Do you want to just do normal phone calls and sms?

Wefix: That's why we have dedicated phone numbers. Whether going online or not, you can just take and dial the phone numbers and we come to you. You can also send sms and get to us through whatsapp.

92.3: Again, Nigerians are skeptical about strangers coming to their house. After sending your contact and address, you see someone in your house. You don't know who is who. So is there anything you are doing to ensure that the right people are part of this, at least to eliminate peoples fear of someone coming to steal your property, to spy at your house?

Wefix : We conduct a background check with the people working with us, each and everyone of them. They are trained and certified. So there is nothing to worry about. Our watchword is INTEGRITY

92.3: This is entrepreneurship.What really motivated you to start wefix? Was it the personal experiences you people had or is it just people's yearning out there?

Wefix : it's a compounding feeling. We have personal experiences and we know that people find it difficult to get someone to fix things up for them. I could remember when my fridge got spoilt. It took us three days to go on looking for someone who could fix it. But with WEFIX, it's easy. Just a click, you have not just anyone coming to you but a professional WEFIXER to attend to your need.

92.3: Are you people part of the fixing team? Do you take part in the actual fixing?

Wefix: Yes, in the sense that, we could come and pick the item. But for the actual fixing, we don't take part. We run a platform with certified professionals

92.3: In terms of cost, is it affordable? Is it competitive with others out there that also do fixing and repairs?

Wefix: It's very affordable and the main thing here is that the safety of your equipment is guaranteed.

92.3 : so is there a "money-back" guarantee you put, just in case something goes wrong?

Wefix: Yes. If you make a booking on the platform and we attend to your need and probably at the end of the day something goes wrong "FROM OUR END" then we take care of that, but if the problem is from your side,perhaps you didn't follow the instructions laid down on how  you should handle the equipment, then you have the burden to bear.

92.3: There is something I notice with electronics. Sometimes when you get to the biggest showrooms, they tell you that they will have to get the spare parts in Lagos and all that and you have to wait for weeks to get your appliance back. Is that the same with wefix?

Wefix: No

92.3: so where do you source for your material if you have to?

Wefix: That's why we say we work with professional service providers. They get their materials well stocked. We work we Standard Organization Of NIgeria.  So you are guaranteed of the quality of materials to be used for your equipment.

92.3: Whats the biggest thing you have to fix recently apart from a car and how did it go?

Wefix: The biggest thing we had to fix was a fridge, a very big one. The owner was running around thinking of how to get a good repairer for it.

92.3 : What was the issue with the fridge?

Wefix: It wasn't cooling up and we later discovered it was the compressor. Many persons have tried and no positive result. The owner keeps spending money but when he tried wefix, we got the job done!
