NEYMAR TRIAL SUSPENDED

The Spanish High Court in Barcelona has decided to suspend the trial against Barcelona, Sandro Rosell and Josep Maria Bartomeu. The judge has accepted the appeals made by the defendants and has asked public prosecution office and State Legal Service to present new arguments. All of this means that the trial is currently suspended and its reopening will depend on the evidence presented by the defendants. The current status of the case also means that the club , Rosell and Bartomeu will no longer be legally considered as defendants, but simply under an investigation. This is the first action that the High Court has taken on the trial since it was transferred from the capital to Barcelona
